The machine is material crushing equipment for brick production line.
The machine is crushed by extruding, grinding , and peeling.
The machine can crush the material into small size which lower than 5mm by high speed rotation of one pair roller, thus to enhance plasticity and uniformity of raw material.

Key Parts :
Roller: Adopt material of wear-proof nodular cast iron and alloy stell,the hardness is 52HRC-56HRC after thermal engineering treatment.
Under frame: Q235 ordinary steel plate equal angle iron or channel steel.
Body: Q235 ordinary steel plate.
Shaft: 45# of higher quality materials.
Gears: 40 Cr for key position.
Gland or disc part : adopting HT200 or Q235 ordinary steel.
Note : The machine usage life is not less than 20 years under normal operation,and maintenance.The overhaul period is more than cumulative produciton 11000 hours.
Warm Tip: Keep daily maintenance can extend the usage life of the machine by more than 20%.
